How to Launch Your First Email Campaign in Neexa

Email campaigns in Neexa help you reach out to customers directly from your dashboard. Whether you’re sharing offers, re-engaging past buyers, or sending helpful reminders, here’s how to launch your first campaign step-by-step.

Step-by-Step: Launching an Email Campaign

Go to your Neexa Dashboard Click Outreach Click Campaigns Click + Campaign to create a new email campaign .

In the Email Campaign form:

• Enter a Campaign Name
• Enter Campaign goal

Pick a channel, then select the account you want to send from.

Choose Email as your campaign channel, then select the email account you want to send from.

Any email accounts already connected to Neexa will appear under Email Accounts. If the account you want to use is not listed, click + Connect New Email Account and complete the connection process. For instructions on connecting a new email account, see How to Connect an Email Account.

Once you have selected an email account, click Continue.

Select a Contact List

Choose the contact list you want to use for the campaign from your available lists.

If you do not have a contact list yet, click + New List to create one. You can either upload a list of contacts or add contacts manually.

Select Recipient field

Select the field in your contact list that contains each recipient’s email address. Neexa will use this field to identify where each email should be sent.

Once you have selected the correct field, click Continue.

Add Sender Details

Add the sender information that will appear on the message and receive replies from recipients.

If left blank, Neexa will automatically use the connected sending account details.

Load Saved Template

If you already created an email template for your campaign, click Load Saved Template and then review it using Preview before clicking Continue.

If you do not have a saved template, you can create one. See How to Create Email Templates for guidance.

Alternatively, if you prefer not to use a template, proceed to add your email subject, attach documents if you want to and then click on continue.

PS: You can attach documents whether you use a template or not.

Launch Your Campaign

Review your campaign details to ensure everything is correct.

Choose when to send your campaign:

• Send immediately, or
• Schedule it for a later time

Preview your message before sending. Once ready, click Launch Campaign to send it to your selected audience.

You’re now ready to create and launch your first email campaign on Neexa. By following these steps, you can set up your campaign correctly, reach your audience via email campaigns.
